Morgan has enjoyed a long career inside the entertainment industry — primarily creating and running television series. He spent more than a decade as a director, producer, writer and executive and was the lead producer for over 8 seasons of programming, ‘running’ three different series in various genres. As a result of his on-going success building massively successful teams and managing large budgets, Morgan was invited to Los Angeles to run a different kind of company — a high level personal growth & development organization known as The Society International. Owned by 7-time New York Times best-selling author, Neil Strauss, the company’s clients included hedge-fund managers, movie producers and global CEOs. Morgan led the company to become a multi-million dollar success, helping it to quadruple in size in only 14 months.

After his success with The Society, he continued to support and build other businesses as a highly sought after business consultant and executive coach. Successes include PlumeSocial, E-Rational Marketing and Innovative Operations.  At this time, Morgan began focusing on supporting successful entrepreneurs who were committed to living a better life and becoming their best selves.  Subsequently, Morgan founded Drmatic Change — a success-targeted coaching company that delivers targeted outcomes to its private clients. The company focuses on eliminating obstacles to continuous growth and consistently produces phenomenal results.

Outside of work, Morgan is an active traveller – primarily searching for great waves to surf and unique experiences to share. He’s also a photographer and a tech geek  – following the latest in quantified self, brain science and all things Apple. He and his wife, Cher, live in Los Angeles, CA.
